From my very first visit, I was terrified of dental work, but I’ve completely conquered my fear of cleanings and getting cavities filled. The entire staff is so kind, friendly, and funny—they immediately make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kopach has the gentlest approach to everything she does and always makes sure you’re comfortable. They also have a truly magical surgeon who somehow manages to make even the scarier procedures feel calm and much less intimidating. I never thought I’d say this, but I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Mineola dentists are outstanding . They truly go above and beyond on a personal basis . Their 3D imaging scan for a replacement tooth of mine was outstanding and very simple. The cleaning feels unbelievable. As we all should know cleaning our dog or animal teeth expands there lives by avg 3 years. Imagine if we humans continuously clean our teeth with high end professionals . Think about how many extra years we can get with our children and live ones. I can highly and positively recommend this dentists location . The staff are all amazing and very friendly . I will keep up with my teeth now 😁 and buying a package of 3 cleanings vs paying individually. Every interaction I’ve had here— from phone calls to the front desk (David you’re the best! Wanda you too!) to the assistants— has been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I initially saw Dr. Kopec for an involved emergency, and she was able to save a tooth of mine holistically that no one else could do. I now continue to return for more work. The space is humble, very clean, and peaceful—it just feels good to be there. Holistic dentistry is usually more expensive, but after doing my research, their pricing is actually better than most places, and in my experience, the level of care is even higher. I’m really grateful I found them and highly recommend. Thank you :)!

I love going to the dentist! Most people don't say these words, but I do. The service is excellent and Dr. Kopach, Natalie, Kris and the whole staff are so friendly and helpful. My first visit was to have my mercury filings removed. It was a multi step process. I thought that my oral health was good, but I was wrong. They showed me that I had some problems that needed to be addressed before the mercury removal process. They helped me with everything, even financing. I'm so glad I choose them. Three years later every time I go for an examination they are impressed with my oral health. I follow everything they tell me to do. I will keep coming back, because they really do care about you and your oral health.

I had an emergency broken tooth and called for a same-day appointment. From the first phone call, I felt genuinely cared for and all of my questions were answered. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. They were able to fit me in same day and took the time to calm my nerves and explain everything clearly as I needed to have old metal fillings removed as well. Dr. Elizabeth was amazing! Kind, honest, and focused on the least invasive option. Offering honest advice and walking me through each step of what would happen and what to expect. The male hygienist who assisted was also equally wonderful taking the time to calm my nerves, check on me often, explain technology used and details about my procedure. This was easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for their care and highly recommend them! I’m so, so grateful I found them.
